    Best olive oil ever

Best olive oil I've *ever* tried (which makes me nervous - you mean there are even better ones?!) - thanks for selling this and bring it to consumers like us.

Tastes strong - just like I like it!

This is really good olive oil! I'm on my second order of a two-liter pack. I drizzle tons of it on lettuce and tomato (we have a garden) and it's just amazing. It wouldn't be hyperbole to call it the best olive oil I've ever had, as far as I can remember. It's a little on the spicy side (the first taste always has the most kick) but I've read that it means it has a higher polyphenol content. One of the reasons I'm eating so much olive oil is for its purported health benefits. I can't say I've noticed anything outright, but good nutrition is something the results of which are seen over years or decades, not days. Also, despite being an oil (and thus, high in calories) I don't really seem to be gaining any weight from it, but I eat mainly a low-carb diet anyway. If a strong-tasting olive oil is what you're after, this could be it.

    Nothing short of amazing

I was unable to understand people raving over the flavor of extra virgin olive oil before discovering this one. In fact, I had always found the usual suspects sold in my grocery store to taste bitter. So much so I quit purchasing any at all. However, in an effort to eat healthier I decided I was going to have to suck it up and use it. This time a little bit of research pointed me in the direction of Ellora Farms EVOO and I thank goodness for that effort! I finally got all the hype! Ellora Farms EVOO is truly superb. No bitterness, no twangy aftertaste, just delicious goodness. It elevates and enhances food flavors with the light fruitiness of the olives. But, the benefits of it go beyond a healthier oil for cooking, as we all know. I love Ellora Farms as does the rest of my family upon trying it out. Do yourselves a favor and give it a try, too.

An Outstanding Olive Oil That Does Not Overpower Foods it is Used With

Very smooth mild flavor, particularly enjoy on Salads and in Dressings where you do not want an overpowering olive oil. Will definitely buy again!

I'm a bit of a food snob, as those of you who've read some of my previous reviews. I'm willing to spend extra for the enhanced experience, better quality, etc. In this case, it was money well spent, but not really that much more than the Extra Virgin Olive Oil you get at the supermarket, considering the quantity you get. This is sourced directly from Greece, the 900lb gorilla in the world of olive oil. You get many layers of inspection and certification that you're getting EXACTLY what you've paid for, something that can't be said of American store brands, most of which are multiple-sourced and adulterated (look it up if you don't believe me), because there's no regulatory body for quality control or any kind of certification.

    Its the real deal !

My wife was having allergic reactions to the homemade food we made, which was very confusing because we were trying very hard to cook simply with foods we knew would not trigger her allergies. Someone suggested that the olive oil we were buying at the grocery store was probably counterfeit/mixed with other oils or much older than is desirable. I was very skeptical but figured a couple of extra bucks was cheaper than a refill on her Epi-pens. I was pleasantly surprised when recipes that used to set her off had no negative affect at all. I'm not a foodie at all, so I don't notice any real change in the taste of our dishes.
